Happy New Year!

ASOCIO has immensely experienced and endured through 39 years of challenges and countless endeavors. Many thanks to the great leadership and contribution made by the past chairmen, councils and members. From this year onwards, we as the new council members, shall strive to continue the legacy and efforts.

ASOCIO as we know is the most well esteemed dynamic international ICT trade organization having long histories of contribution in the Asia and Oceania. As a group, we are empowered with greater role by the current member economies coverage exceeding 10,000 ICT companies and accounting to USD$350 billion in global ICT revenue.

Asia-Oceania presently contributes 45% of the world’s GDP, and is the fastest growing economic region that no one can afford to ignore us. By 2030, Asia-Oceania GDP is expected to account for over half of the global GDP. Our region is rich in various industries and natural resources. I believe it is time that we move further to intensify digital transformation by embracing smart applications and technological solutions.

ASOCIO as a hub in the region, can help accelerate the industries’ adoption of software applications, upgrade, and transform their business model through close collaboration with stakeholders. Together as a group, we shall work closely with our members, governments and industries to accomplish the Digital Asia goals.
