IT industry in Vietnam is growing steeply these years, and the AGR in 2004 was 33%. The market size is still small, but it is expected to develop further. Also Vietnam has been focused as an attractive destination of offshore development with its advantageous cost and quality. Vietnam government is also trying to promote IT industry in cooperation with the industry.
JISA has a close relationship with Vietnam Software Association (VINASA) for many years, and has been working together for promoting business between Vietnam and Japan . VINASA and JISA agreed to work together this time to host the ASOCIO MTV to Vietnam in conjunction to the International Software and Game Festival 2007 (ISGAF), which will be organized by VINASA in HCMC on October 11-14.
ISGAF is the annual biggest software/game exhibition in Vietnam , and ISGAF 2006 was very successful with over 15,000 visitors. Please refer to below or www.isgaf.com for details.
For ASOCIO MTV to Vietnam , VINASA will offer 5 free booths at the ISGAF 2007 to ASOCIO MTV delegates. If you are interested to attend as an exhibitor, please contact JISA as soon as possible (*these free booths will be offered to the first 5 registered delegates on first come, first serve basis).
